- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cup asparagus, 1" pieces, cooked & drained
- 1 9" pie crust, unbaked

Pour into pie shell
Bake at 375* for 40 - 50 minutes or until knife come out clean.
