Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb potato, peeled ans shredded
  • 1/2 lb onion (1 medium), shredded
  • 1/4 lb carrot (1 large), shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp white wine
  • worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs (whole wheat)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon style mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 lb lean ground beef

Preparation

Step 1

1. preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients.
3. Press mixture into loaf pan. Bake 1 hr.
