Ingredients

    lb potato, peeled ans shredded

  • ½

    lb onion (1 medium), shredded

  • ¼

    lb carrot (1 large), shredded

  • ¼

    cup chopped parsley

  • 2

    Tbsp white wine

  • worcestershire sauce

  • ¼

    cup bread crumbs (whole wheat)

  • 1

    egg white

  • 1

    Tbsp Dijon style mustard

  • ½

    tsp dried oregano

  • ½

    tsp dried basil

  • 1

    lb lean ground beef

Directions

1. preheat oven to 350 F. 2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. 3. Press mixture into loaf pan. Bake 1 hr.
