Ingredients
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 1 (24oz) jar Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 large ripe tomato, chopped
- 1/4 C. fresh minced parsley (optional)
- 1 t. basil
- 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
- 1 T. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
In 12" skillet, saute oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the beans, chopped tomato, and spices. Cook about 7 minutes longer. Mix in the cheese and lemon juice just before serving.
