- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1.Set a heavy bottomed, non-reactive saucepan over medium heat
2.Add 3 ounces chocolate, the heavy cream, corn syrup and brown sugar — when mixture is melted and smooth, whisk in the cocoa
3.Remove from heat, and immediately stir in the remaining 3 ounces chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter, stirring until smooth
4.Finally, stir in the vanilla extract
5.Cool for 20-30 minutes, and then drizzle over your favorite ice cream
6.Hot fudge can be kept in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week — to reheat, microwave fudge on low for 10-20 seconds
