Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen artichokes, 9 oz, defrosted and drained
  • 1 box frozen spinach, 9 oz, defrosted drained
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 1/4 cup monterey jack
  • 1/4 part skim ricotta
  • 1/2 container, 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lowfat mayo
  • 1/4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 dashes of tabasco

Preparation

Step 1

drain everything well

preheat oven to 350
combine all ingredients except 2 TBSP EVOO

pour mix into dish, sprinkle with parmesan, bake 20 mins.
