Ingredients
- 1 box frozen artichokes, 9 oz, defrosted and drained
- 1 box frozen spinach, 9 oz, defrosted drained
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/4 cup monterey jack
- 1/4 part skim ricotta
- 1/2 container, 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp lowfat mayo
- 1/4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 dashes of tabasco

Step 1
drain everything well
preheat oven to 350
combine all ingredients except 2 TBSP EVOO
pour mix into dish, sprinkle with parmesan, bake 20 mins.
