Ingredients

  • 4 loin pork chops
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge pork chops in flour until well coated.

In heavy skillet, melt butter. Add pork chops, cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Stir in orange juice and marmalade.

Cover and cook 20-25 minutes.

Transfer to platter and keep warm in oven.

Continue to cook sauce for 3-4 minutes until thickened.

Spoon sauce over chops.
