    can (14.5) reduced sodium, FF chicken broth

Directions

HEAT: oil in med. pan SAUTE: carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms and almonds -3/4 minutes or til they begin to soften. ADD: remaining ingre. and bring to a boil. Reduce to SIMMER, cover, cook additional 15-20 minutes/til rice is tender. FLUUF: w/fork
