PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • Mix in a pan and bring to a boil:
  • 1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • Add the boiled mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer. Add the following to the mixture:
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Mix well and pour into a greased sheet pan and bake @ 375* for 15-20 Minutes.

Step 1

Frosting:
Mix in a bowl

3/4 Cup Butter
3 TBS. Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
Beat well and add

1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar and 1 TBS. Vanilla
if too thin add a little more Powdered sugar.

Spread over the warm cake
