BBQ Cran Sauce w/leftover cranberry sauce (Rachael Ray)

Use over chicken breast and top with bacon
serve with sweet potatoes

Ingredients
- Bacon, diced
- red onion, diced
- orange zest
- juice of 1 orange
- 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 1/4 cup chopped golden raisins (if not already in cranberry sauce)
- 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce (or 1 14 oz. can)
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels.
Saute red onion in bacon fat, add some orange zest and juice of 1 orange. Add remaining ingredients and heat to blend flavors.
Use over chicken breast - top with bacon bits. serve with sweet potatoes.
