Step 1

Use heavy duty aluminum foil. Place foil in and over a pan large enough to hold the brisket and be sure to have enough foil to be able to close over the whole brisket. Place the brisket in the foil and put the seasonings on both sides of the brisket.

After you have seasoned both sides of the brisket, generously pour worcestershire and then soy sauce over the brisket. You can also top with dried onion flakes if wanted. Secure the foil on all sides and place in a 200 degree oven for 12 hours.
