Baked Egg Rolls
- Chicken- diced very small or crumbled tofu
- Frozen California mixed veggies
- Soy sauce or stir fry sauce
- Egg roll wraps
Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Brown chicken or tofu. Chop the veggie mix and add it to chicken. Once veggies are cooked all the way through, add chopped cabbage. Season with garlic and soy sauce to taste. Stuff the egg roll wraps (use a little water on the side to help them stay sealed) spray a cookie sheet with Pam and also the tops of the egg rolls. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
