Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 cups milk
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingr. in blender.
Beat for about 30 seconds
Grease a 10" pie plan and pour in mixture.
Sprinkle with nutmeg
Bake 350 for about 40 minutes
