Ingredients
- CAKE
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ICING
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl sift flour and stir in sugar. In large bowl, sift flour and sugar again.
In small saucepan, combine margarine, water, and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour mixture. Stir well.
In small bowl beat eggs with fork. Add baking soda, buttermilk, vanilla. Stir Add this mixture to the chocolate mixture.
Bake in a greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1 jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
ICING
Heat slowly margarine, cocoa, and milk. Take saucepan off stove and add sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Ice cake while hot.
