Ingredients
- twin pack stove top stuffing
- 1 c margarine
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- frozen peas
- 2 T onion
- large can evaporated milk
- 3 c diced chicken or turkey
Preparation
Step 1
Heat milk, soup, peas, onions to a boil. Add meat. Mixx 1 seasoning packet w/ 1/2 c. margarine. Stir in stuffing. pat into 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over. Mix second seasoning packet with 1/2 margarine. Add stuffing. Sprinkle over sauce. Press slightly. Bake 350* 30 min.
