Ingredients
- 4-6 pork chops (boneless thick cut)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (can be low sodium)
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In 1 gallon ziplock bag, mix all ingredients EXCEPT MEAT. Add meat and marinate 1 hour to 2 days. Can easily by frozen and thawed out.
Grill or pan fry 5-7 minutes each side OR
Bake 350 degrees 20-25 minutes. Internal temperature=160-170 degrees.
