Ground beef, cooked and drained, is combined with black, kidney, and chili beans. Rotel tomatoes and corn are added and it's seasoned with chili powder.

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Jalepenos
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger meat and drain.

Add all beans, corn and Rotel tomatoes.

Season with chili powder, salt and pepper to your liking.

Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.

Top with jalapenos, sour cream and cheese.



Notes: Can be a soup or dip. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
