Peanut Star Blossoms

Christmas cookie favorite. Peanut butter cookie with a chocolate kiss in the middle.

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 Cup White Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Butter (1 stick)
• 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
• 1 Egg
• 1-2 Teaspoons Vanilla
• 1 3/4 Cups Flour
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 2 Tablespoons Milk
• 24-48 Chocolate Kisses (depending on size of cookie)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together sugars, butter, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add egg. Add combined dry ingredients with milk. Mix until blended. Form dough into balls, roll in granulated sugar and place on baking stone. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place chocolate kiss into center of hot cookie. Cool.
