Ingredients
- Garlic Aioli:
- 2 Chorizo Sausages, finely chopped
- 6 Fresh Spicy Pork Sausages (about 500 G Total), skin removed
- Oil for Pan-frying
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Tb Lemon Juice
- 1 Tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Good Quality Whole Egg Mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Place the chorizo and sausage meat in a bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.
Shape mixture into 20 balls.
Heat oil in fry pan. Fry the meatballs, turning them often until browned and cooked in the centre.
To make Garlic Aioli: Place the garlic, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix until combined.
