CRISPY CHICKEN DIJON

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil.

Preparation

Step 1

Spread mustard over chicken. Coat with bread crumbs.

In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsps oil over medium heat; add half of chicken and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until browned and done.

Remove skillet and keep warm. Repeat with remaining chicken, adding remaining oil as needed.
