Ingredients
- 3 lb salmon cut in half lenghtwise (debone) Fish needs to be fresh
- 1 c coarse salt
- Dill (or other fresh herb of choice - optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Put salmon skin side down in a large tupperware. Cover with coarse salt and dill or other herb refrigerate for 12 hours. Remove from fridge and rinse. return to refrigerator for 12 more hours and serve cutting on the angle.
Serve with cream cheese, capers and crackers or other favorite condiments.
