Ingredients

  • 3

    potatoes, baked

  • 3

    cloves garlic, pressed

  • Olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Directions

Bake potatoes until done. Roughly chop potatoes with skins on. Drizzle olive oil in pan to coat. Cook garlic quickly. Add potatoes and mash down so begin to brown. Top with olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper. Flip to brown other side, add more oil and sale/pepper. Continue to turn and press until all potatoes are browned. Set aside to keep warm until needed.
