- 3 CUPS COOKED LONG-GRAINED AND WILD RICE MIXTURE
- 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 TBLS BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
- 2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2 TSP DRY MUSTARD
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP MILK
- 1 TSP CAJUN SEASONING

COMBINE RICE, SHRIMP, CHEESE AND SOUP IN A BOWL
MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE SKILLET AND COOK GREEN ONIONS, STIRRING UNTIL TENDER.
STIR GREEN ONIONS, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND NEXT 4 INGREDIENTS INTO RICE MIXTURE. SPOON INTO LIGHTLY GREASED BAKING DISH
BAKE 45 MINUTES - 375 DEGREES
