Herbed With Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 2 ounces white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 ounces olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Black pepper, fresh ground, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the herbs, garlic, vinegar and mustard in a blender. Turn the blender on, drizzle in the olive oil. Season with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Makes 1 cup.
