Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1 lbs large mushrooms
- Paprika
- Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Combine softened cream cheese and sausage, mixing well. After washing mushrooms, remove stems. Fill the center of the mushroom with cream cheese/sausage mixture. Place on baking sheet about ½ inch apart. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
