Thai chicken and sesame noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oriental sesame salad dressing
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons Peter butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 8 ounces of thin spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 3/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 1/3 cup dressing over chicken and marinate for one hour then drain.
Mix remaining dressing, peanut butter, honey and pepper -- set aside.
Brown chicken in a large skillet about eight minutes.
Mix chicken, spaghetti, carrots, onions and cilantro in a large bowl.
Add peanut butter mixture and toss to coat.
