Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 - 2 large eggs
  • 2 - 2 cups of flour
  • 1 3/4 - 1 3/4 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 - 1/2 vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 - 1 tablespoon granulated or brown sugar
  • 4 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat Waffle Iron

Beat eggs with wire whisk.

Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.

Pour batter into waffle iron and remove when done.
