Ingredients
- 2 - 2 large eggs
- 2 - 2 cups of flour
- 1 3/4 - 1 3/4 Cups Milk
- 1/2 - 1/2 vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 - 1 tablespoon granulated or brown sugar
- 4 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat Waffle Iron
Beat eggs with wire whisk.
Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into waffle iron and remove when done.
