Ingredients
- Crumb Mixture
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup nuts
- Filling
- 1 lb. ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crumb mixture well. Spread half of this mixture in bottom of 8x8" pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix filling well and pour over cooked crumb mixture. Cover with remaining crumb mixture and bake 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
