Ingredients
- 2 large bunches leaf lettuce
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons water
Preparation
Step 1
Tear lettuce into bowl; season with salt and pepper; add sugar and onion. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble, Add vinegar and water to drippings; heat to boiling, pour over
lettuce. Toss till wilted. Add bacon and toss again.
