Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients

• Cupcakes:
• Mix together:
• 3 C flour
• 1/2 C cocoa
• 2 C sugar
• 2 t. soda
• 1 t. salt
• Add:
• 2 C water
• 2 T vinegar
• 2/3 C oil
• 2 t. vanilla
• Cream Cheese Filling:
• 1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/2 C sugar
• 1/4 t. vanilla
• Beat above together and add:
• 1 C of chocolate chips (can use mini chips)

Preparation

Step 1

Fill cupcake papers half full and add teaspoon of cheese filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Can frost with chocolate frosting if desired.
