Ingredients
- 3 Tbl oil
- 1 C uncooked long-grained rice
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 C chopped onion
- 1/2 C tomato sauce
- 2 C chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in lrg. saucepan over med. heat. Add rice. Cook, stirring constantly til puffed & golden. Sprinkle w/ salt & cumin. Stir in onions & cook til tender. Add tomato sauce & chicken broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover & simmer 20-25 minutes.
