Ingredients
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. 1/2 & 1/2
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
The night before:
1-Sprinkle cheese in bottom of 8" square pan.
2-In small bowl, mix 1/2 & 1/2, salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Pour 1/2 of mix over cheese.
3-Pour eggs into baking pan. Add remaining 1/2 & 1/2 mix. Cover and refrigerate.
In morning:
Bake the casserole 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
