- 12 pieces of pancetta

Step 1
Coat pan with oil.
Add 3 pieces of pancetta together to cook on one side. Flip pancetta.
Crack egg on top of pancetta to cook to preferred style while other side of pancetta cooks.
Serve with homemade hashbrowns.
