Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 T soy sauce
- 3 T lemon juice
- 3 T oil
- parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and marinate.
Meat at least 7 hrs in a covered pan turning meat several times.
Heat and use as a sauce whats left of marinate.
