Peanut Butter Balls (Buckeyes)

A Christmas favorite

Ingredients

• 1 1b. melted butter
• Two 18 (oz.) jars creamy peanut butter
• 3 lb. powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons vanilla
• 2 and 1/2 bags of chocolate chips
• 1 cake paraffin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and refrigerate overnight. Melt 2 and 1/2 bags of chocolate chips in double boiler. Melt 1 cake paraffin and pour in chocolate.
Using toothpick, dip each ball in chocolate and then place in freezer for about 1/2 hour.
