Corn Flake Potatoes

  • 6 med potatoes, cooked peeled and sliced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 and 1/2 c. Sharp or Colby (anything but mild)
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Corn flakes



Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes and butter, together; put in baking dish. Combine corn flakes and melted butter then sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot through.
