Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- Good, soft Italian rolls
- Beef
- Pork
- Italian Parsley
- Garlic
- Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pinch of Oregano
- Gravy:
- Onions
- Garlic
- Tomatoes, canned whole
- Olive Oil
- Bay Leaves
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Meatballs: Mix all ingredients together, shape into balls and place on sheet pan with sides. Bake in oven until a little brown and crunchy on the outside.
Gravy: Saute onions and garlic until clear in olive oil. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until cooked. Stir in the meatballs and serve over good rolls, cover with mozzarella cheese and melt in broiler.
