Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crusts
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 450 Degrees F. Place Pie crust on cutting board; remove plastic sheets. Cut each crust into quarters, making 8 edges.

2. In medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients, mix well. Place 1 heaping tablespoon filling on half of each crust wedge. Fold unfilled sides of wedges over filling. With fork, press edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

3. Bake at 450 Degrees F. for 12-14 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
