Sausage Egg Casserole
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled & drained
- 1/2 loaf of Kings Hawaiian Round Bread, sliced
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. colby jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x9 baking dish. arrange bread over bottom of dish. Wisk eggs & milk in mixing bowl until well blended. Season w/salt & pepper. Pour half off egg mixture over bread. Sprinkle with half of sausage & half of cheese. Add remaining egg mixture. Sprinkle with remaining sausage & cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes or until eggs are set & top is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4-6 servings. Can be doubled.
