Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of flour
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pint of maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sift flour together with baking powder 3 times.
2. Beat eggs with milk and mix everything together.
3. Make balls with a spoon and drop in boiling syrup and cook until ball comes back to surface.
