Ingredients
- Cookie crust:
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- Filling:
- 40 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 large eggs
Preparation
Step 1
To make crust:
cream together butter, sugar and salt.
Add egg and then flour.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Press one half of dough into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes until light brown and then cool.
Press rest of dough around side of pain and to 1/2 inch from top.
To make filling:
heat oven to 500°.
Cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and lemon until smooth.
Mix in sour cream and flour.
Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition.
Or into pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer until center is firm.
Cool and refrigerate.
