Ingredients
- 2 pounds chopped beef
- 2 cups white bread crumbs or panko
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans beef consume

Step 1
Mix and roll into small balls and place in a pyrex dish. Pour beef consume over the meatballs and cover the dish with foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
