Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar Jardine's Frijole Chipotle Smoky Black Bean Salsa
- 4 green onions, sliced on the bias
- 1/3 cup ripe olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup cilantro minced
- 1 red pepper, small, diced
- 1 bag tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread cream cheese in a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Spoon the Jardine's black bean salsa over the cream cheese.
Layer the green onions, ripe olives, red pepper and cheese over the Frijole Chipotle salsa.
Bake dip for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes about 4 cups of dip.
