Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia Fillets
- Adams Reserve Fine Sea Salt and black pepper
- 1 cup Cookwell and Company Escabeche Salsa
- Shredded Monterrey Jack and crushed Fritos for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
1. Season fish with salt and pepper.
2. Place skillet on stove add salsa and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
3. Add fish to salsa and cook approximately 5-7 minutes.
4. Garnish and serve.
Note: Basa, shrimp, or catfish can also be used
