Tilapia Escabeche

Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets
  • Adams Reserve Fine Sea Salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup Cookwell and Company Escabeche Salsa
  • Shredded Monterrey Jack and crushed Fritos for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

1. Season fish with salt and pepper.
2. Place skillet on stove add salsa and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
3. Add fish to salsa and cook approximately 5-7 minutes.
4. Garnish and serve.

Note: Basa, shrimp, or catfish can also be used
