Ingredients

• 6 large eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 6 TBS melted butter
• 2 cups sifted flour
• 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

pre heat oven to 375 degrees
grease popover pan

beat eggs lightly, then add milk and melted butter

then gradulaly stir in flour and salt

pour into a pitcher and fill cups to almost the top

bake for 50 minutes, remove from oven, put slits in the top of each muffin and then return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
