- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 pkgs McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
- 2 cups water
- 8 servings instant mashed potatoes
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup corn
- Parsley flakes
- 1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Drain fat. Mix gravy mix and water in small bowl and pour over beef. Bring to a boil. Add peas, carrots, corn. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
In the meantime, boil carrots and make mashed potatoes.
Transfer meat mixture to baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes, parsely flakes. Bake 25 minutes until gravy bubbles and potatoes are slightly browned. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
