Great recipe without having to boil the noodles!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 16 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 4 cup tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 salt
  • 8 oz. uncooked lasagna
  • 1 1/2 cup of Romano and Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat, onion and garlic. Drain fat. Stir in juice, paste, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes and stir occasionally.
In a 9 X 13 pan layer:
1/2 noodles
1/2 sauce
1/2 ricotta
1/2 Ramona and Parmesan cheese
Repeat layers. Cover with foil, let stand 45 minutes.
Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes at 350. Remove foil bake additional 15 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting. .
