Ingredients

  • 8 oz. curly macaroni
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain and Cool. In a
bowl, combined pepper, onion, carrots and celery. Add macaroni. Make
dressing by mixing together mayo, salt milk, vinegar, sugar and garlic salt.
Pour dressing over noodles/vegetables.
