Ingredients
- 1/3 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- butter
- 1 pgk. taco seasoning
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can mild green chilis
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1-3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 3 TBSP cilantro
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz. Mexican shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Saute the celery, red pepper and green onion in butter until tender.
Blend in taco seasoning, corn soup, chilis, milk, and chicken. Cook until boiling. Reduce heat. Stir in cilantro, sour cream and cheese.
