Ingredients

  • 12 C cubed stuffing breading
  • 1/2 C grated Italian cheese
  • 1 C minced celery, cooked until tender and sauteed in butter
  • 1 Tbs minced parsley
  • 3 medium onions, minced and sauteed in butter
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Giblets, cooked and diced
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 C (or more) mushrooms OR 1/2 lb ground beef (fried slightly)
  • 2 eggs
  • stock from giblets

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in large bowl and eggs. Mix together adding enough stock from giblets to moisten so as not to be too dry.
